Guidelines for Scientific papers

Deadline for Abstract Submission has been extended to December 5, 2024.

  • Maximum word count is 350 words
  • For original research, abstracts should be organized under the following sections in the provided box.
  • Title (max 20 words)
  • Objective
  • Methods
  • Results (you must include the results of your study –abstracts without results are unlikely to be accepted, unless there are strong interim findings)
  • Conclusion
  • For case reports and case series, abstracts should include the Case presentation and Learning points.
  • Contributors (max 6) and confirmation of presenter (max 1)
  • Format – Calibri, Font size = 12
  • Abstracts should not include references, figures, graphs or tables.
Technical Guidelines for Poster Submission

Please submit E-Poster as a PDF file in landscape format, adhering to the following guidelines, once your abstract for poster is approved.

  • File Format: PDF (1-page recommended)
  • Orientation: Use PowerPoint to create the document in a 16:9 Landscape Layout, then save it as a PDF.
  • Restrictions : Hyperlinks, animations, animated images, and embedded videos are not allowed
  • QR Codes : May be included
  • Image and Table Quality: Ensure a minimum resolution of 200 dpi for images and tables, maintaining high picture quality.
  • Layout: Avoid overlapping objects and layers, as only the final visible state will be displayed.
  • File Size: Should be under 5 MB.
  • Template Option: Template should be available for download if needed.
Terms and Conditions
    • Scientific committee reserves the right to decline the abstract and accept it as a poster.
    • Registration for symposium is mandatory after approval of abstract (Failure to register will lead to automatic disqualification of your abstract).
    • Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in the inability to upload the E-Poster.
    • Any conflict of interest must be declared during submission process.
    • Approved abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book without editing along with the name of presenter and his/her affiliated institute.
    • You will receive an acknowledgement email of your submitted abstract.
    • If your abstract for oral presentation or E-poster is accepted, you will receive a separate email
    • By submitting an abstract, you confirm that the content of the abstract is plagiarism-free and original.
